I recently installed the X14 6gb+128GB radio on a 2017 Subaru Forester and am having issues with poor call quality. I installed the included microphone to the radio and ran the wire up so the microphone is attached to the windshield just below my rear view mirror. When i am stopped it sounds fine, but whenever i am driving more than 25 miles an hour the quality of the call is terrible for the other person (they can't hear me well, saying it sounds like i am under water). How can i improve call quality to pick up my voice better? Is the call potentially not being picked up through the installed microphone?
