I have all of the dark setting put in place and this unit is still to bright at night, I get blinded by the LED light while driving at night. Is there a way to turn this unit brightness down...

This item is in a contunuall reboot loop and constantly shuts down and reboots as if there is a short in the system. Or the software is out of date and needs to be updated.
