On my just installed X12 in my 17 RAV4 I don't have rear speakers, car does have the factory amp. If I go to balance/ fade and fade to rear all sound is lost. Where do I start to correct this? Could the base settings be default to the non amp version of the car?
@CLM Could you please go to Settings>About Device>Bulid Number, and provide version information to us.
This is what I see per your instructions, i also see QR codes under device info, does this give you the needed info?

Settings>Car Settings>Factory Settings(0000)>Can Settings>Modify>Simple>Toyota
And please go to the Car info app to adjust the factory amplifier.
@Roadanvi Support do not see the car info app but was able to get to the amp settings, was on analog so I tried digital and still no rear speakers, could I have missed or have a poor connection on the wiring harness?

If you still can find the amplifier,please take a video demonstrating how you accessed the above settings,so that we could better conirm.

second step as noted before I found amp settings as follows
settings - factory - basic - power amp settings - choices are none, analog, digital
did find the car info app by side swipe and it was on its own page not with the othe apps, amp was set to (on), after reboot I cannot find the app again and the Bluetooth will not stay connected even though it is streaming music from my phone (no rear speakers still)
