2015 RAV4 rear camera not working

  Just installed the 10.2 unit that I purchased from Amazon. Everything is working except for the rear camera. When I put the car in reverse I get "back car no signal". Can you please tell me how to fix it?

  The CAMIN cable should be connected to the RCA camera cable.
  Please notice that each 4/4-1 camear with a yellow RCA cable,if your connected the No.4 to your factory connector,Please connect the corresponding RCA.

  If you try but still no luck,please take a video of showing how you made the wiring connection,so that we could better confirm.
