2018 Toyota Highlander back up camera issue

  I installed the head unit 2 weeks ago and the backup camera worked without a problem. 

  In the past couple days the backup camera has not been working when first turning on the car. The head unit would indicate 'no signal'.  (Although the connections are secured). After several minutes of driving when I put the car in reverse the camera would work again

  Do you have any solution to this problem?

  Hello，

  Thank you for your details.

   

  Please see the attachment to set the CANBUS settings: Settings>Car Settings >Factory Settings:0000>CANBUS Settings 

  For the connection, you just only need to find the one yellow camera to connect the CAM VIN.

  It is the integrated cable, so the cables come with 2 white connector,just connect one suitable white connect .

   

  

   

  Choose the "4-1" or " 4"  and the related yellow camera cable.
