Upgraded my phone and my unit doesn't connect to my phone anymore. My phone says it's connected but the unit doesn't show a connection. Also can't see my phone listed on the list of paired phones. Model A007.
Also I already tried changing BT type and connection and CarPlay port.

Please try to do the update to see how it goes.

Tips:
1.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format via your computer/laptop.
2.
Download above update file and copy it to the root directory of USB drive.
3.
Connect the USB drive with the named USB cable.
4.
Tick both “Clear all memory data and format!” and “Force upgrade” options then confirm “INSTALLATION”.
5.
Wait about 5 mins and you will see the screen turn Green,
then you can disconnect the USB drive and wait for update successfully.
If no luck, please write a mail regarding to your issue details and indicate your Order ID# in email subject.
So that we can forward it to senior engineers for further advice.
