I have purchase and installed a system into my 2017 sienna, but after completing it can not get the backup camera to work. I have checked the connections and everything is connected correctly but I can not get it to work.
I purchased the X14 from Amazon and it said it was compatible with the 2016 toyota sienna. I confirmed that I have cam in RCA connected with the correct adaptor. I have also checked the factory settings to see if I could make work but have been unable to get this to show the camera feed.

To further confirmation, please tell us what it shows on screen when you put in reverse gear.
We are wondering it is stay on the original page, or it shows "Back Car No Signal! with black screen.
If possible, please write a mail regarding to your issue details and indicate your Order ID# in email subject.
