I installed a new unit and it seems to work but the screen won't light up. I managed to connect the Bluetooth one day when the sun hit the screen just right, but I can't seem to figure out if there isnsome fix for the issue.

Please try to use a Pin/Paperclip to press and hold the RST Hole for 15 seconds to do the factory reset.
If no luck, please write a mail regarding to your issue details and indicate your Order ID# in email subject.
So that we can forward it to senior engineers for further advice.
