Hello,
I purchased a X12 from Amazon for my 2014 FJ, installed it, but touch screen only works half the time. Radio works, but over 75 % of the time the screen will not react to touch.
I removed it, checked cables, checked power and reinstalled twice.
Got a mouse to work today and went to update and rebooted the system twice. Could move around with touch. Went back 2 hours later and no touch screen.
Any ideas?

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please try to use a mouse via USB cable to do the screen calibration:
Settings > Car Settings > Factory Setting(password: 0000) > Touch Setting > Touch Calibration > Enter.

TRied the calibration yesterday
Just tried to touch calibration again and it is stuck in that mode and will not react to touch or mouse

It wasa ordered from amazon roadanvi.
I will record a video of the screen not working, I got the touch callibratioin to work finnaly. However it still just allows touch screen use only half of the time when I crank the vehicle.
