I recently installed the X12 system on my 2016 Toyota Camry, but I’m having trouble with the internal microphone when I’m on the phone. Do you think there’s any setting I can adjust to improve the audio quality, or should I consider getting a new microphone? I’d really appreciate your help!
@Samuel Gonzalez You could go to Settings > Car Settings > Factory Settings (0000) > ARM Settings > External MIC config > Internal to see if the audio quality will improve or not.
@Roadanvi Support Just wanted to confirm if this setting allows me to use the internal microphone that comes with the unit, the one I installed on the windshield?
@Samuel Gonzalez Note that X12d with DTS system has this feature while X12 with DSP system not.

Upon checking, the version that you purchased is X12d.
It supports to use the external mirophone that it installed on the windshield.
Please try to change the setting:
Settings > Car Settings > Factory Setting(0000) > ARM Setting > External MIC Config > External.
