2014 Toyota Camry Backup Camera not work with new unit

  Greetings,

   

  I purchased and installed a 2014 Toyota Camry unit, and it all works perfectly except that the backup camera does not work anymore.  I uninstalled the unit, and installed the factory unit, and the camera works.  So I know that the camera is funcitonal, but i'm not getting a signal on the Roadanvi unit.  Please advise.

  @Chris Johnson We are wondering if your head unit is HA5473, if so, please note that you should connect the cam vim cable with the camera cable and make sure that the cam vin plug is coming from the white one wihich is compatible with your car. Please refer to the wiring below.
