I installed a new unit and it seems to work but the screen won't light up. I managed to connect the Bluetooth one day when the sun hit the screen just right, but I can't seem to figure out if there isnsome fix for the issue.

Hello.
Please try to use a Pin/Paperclip to press and hold the RST Hole for 15 seconds to do the factory reset.
If no luck, please write a mail regarding to your issue details and indicate your Order ID# in email subject.
So that we can forward it to senior engineers for further advice.

No tiene sonido. Radio para Camry 2017. El radio se instala tal como dice el manual, con todos son conectores, arnés completo, canbus, y accesorios, al encender se determina que NO emite sonido, se revisan nuevamente todas las conexiones y se encuentran correctamente, se procede a revisar configuración y no se alcanza lograr que suene, el auto no posee amplificador de sonido, se alimentan líneas de parlantes con batería y emite sonido por lo que se muestra que la conexión de salidas va directo desde el estereo a los parlantes, me gustaría saber si falta algún paso o si me pueden ayudar o asesorar alguna configuración o paso que no esté haciendo
