Hello, I have installed a roadanvi x14 into my 2018 toyota highlander that has a jbl factory speaker system. Currently the audio is only coming through the front speakers and nothing in the rear speakers. I have methodically went thru each CanBus setting options for my model and still have no success. I plugged my speakers into the red/white Aux cables that are NOT on the amplifier jumper harness with all speaker outputs Fr,FL, Rr,Rl, sub, etc. Please help me understand how I can get all of my speakers working.
Update, I was able to get my rear speakers working. The issue was when using the "focus" mixing option with the EQ app if I placed everything to the "rear" no sound came out of the speakers. This made me believe I was getting no sound in the rear with my mix. When I placed the focus back to the "center" I walked around and listened to each speaker and hear sound. Based on this i played with the EQ settings and got my sound adjusted to hear a MUCH better mix that didn't sound like everything was coming from yhr front speakers and no bass. I hope this helps the next person trying to find a solution when thinking the rear speakers aren't working and the mix is truly wrong. Bonus info. I unplugged the external microphone and used the head unit mic and it seems to perform much better. The external made you sound like you were in a jar and crackling. Best wishes!
