X12 in Tacoma has had issues since purchase in Sept. Now has stopped working.

  I bought an x12 for my girlfriends 2018 Tacoma in September from Amazon and it has exhibited connectivity issues since then. Now, this week, the unit has completely stopped working. I checked fuses and connections and they are all good. The unit is dead. I've put in multiple requests for support on the main page and emailed multiple times with no answer.
