Had this unit for 6 month and CarPlay has been activing up. So I decided to forget Roadnavi device and reconnect. I can no longer see the Roadanvi on Bluetooth.

Hello.
In order to arrange the personnel to follow up on your issue better,
please provide Order Number & Purchase Date.
Could you please tell us if you can see the BT name on BT App?
Please take a picture of showing the BT name to us.
Settings > Car Settings > Factory Settings > enter 0000 > ARM Setting > BT Type.
Settings > About Device > Build Number.
Please also send BT Type & Build Number pictures to us.
