I bought F10 Pro (8GB+128GB) for my Toyota Camry 2017 couple of years ago from Amazon USA. Model Number is FF_866X. Currently it has Android 10 install on it with custom build version : alps-mp-q0.mp5-V2.122.1_PVETEC.Q0MP5.SPM8666P1.64_P2. I would like to upgrade it to Android 12. Could you please provide the link for new firmware along with the upgrade process videos?

Please notice that the Android 10 can't update to the Android 12.
Buongiorno le scrivo facendogli presente che anche io ho aquistato un Roadanvi F10 Pro (8gb - 128 ram) da qualche mese non funziona la radio vi ho scritto tante volte ma non siete riusciti a capire il guasto mandandomi aggionamenti che non funzionano la radio esempre ammutolita vi mandai anche un video che non ho avuto risposta ... grazie per la vostra attenzione...///
