Simplified Return Policy

Product Quality Issues (Within 7 Days)

If your item has a product quality issue within 7 days of delivery, please contact our customer support for return or exchange assistance.

To process the request, you must provide:

  • Detailed videos clearly showing the product quality issue
  • Proof of purchase or order receipt

Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.


Return Eligibility

1. Ordered by Mistake / No Longer Needed

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, you must contact our customer service in advance to confirm the return process before sending anything back.

Return requirements:

  • Item must remain in original condition, unused, and uninstalled
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customers must provide photos/videos of:
    • The item before packing
    • During packing
    • After packing
    • Shipping label/tracking information

Please note:

  • If the item shows signs of use, installation, or damage, a partial deduction may apply to the refund amount based on the condition of the product.

2. Product Quality Issues

For returns related to product defects or quality issues, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase or receipt
  • Clear videos/photos showing the issue

All return requests must be confirmed by our customer service team before the item is returned.


Important Return Notice

Any return sent back without prior approval from our customer service team will be refused. Any resulting loss or shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products
  • Used or installed items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, please contact our customer service team first. Approved exchanges will be handled based on product availability.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.


Additions

Please inspect the condition of your parcel carefully before signing for it. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect package, please do not use it. Instead, please make a note of the issue on the carrier's delivery bill, including the product SKU, and take photos as evidence. Please then contact us within 5 days to report the issue so that we can assist you with a resolution.

Upon receiving your package, please ensure that all items included in the package are present and accounted for. If you find that there are any missing accessories, please contact us within 14 days so that we can assist you with a resolution.

Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can provide you with the necessary information for the return process, including the designated return address. The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request. If you return the product without contacting us first, we reserve the right to reject the parcel and send it back to you at your own expense.

If you find that your product is faulty after installation, please do not remove it. Instead, please take a video or photos as evidence and then contact us within 5 days so that we can assist you with a resolution.

We're not responsible for the cost of installation, uninstallation and tax. Products shipped from UK and US warehouse do not need to pay tax.

We strongly recommend that customers seek professional assistance before installing our products. Please note that we are not responsible for product defects caused by improper installation and use.

Please note that we are not responsible for any head unit that has already been installed on a used car prior to your purchase. However, we will offer free technical support to the best of our ability.

Please be advised that we reserve the right of final interpretation.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at office@roadanvi.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Upon approval of your withdrawal request, the designated return address will be provided. You must return the goods to the designated address no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original transaction.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized items.
