We've received feedback from some customers who are experiencing an issue with the rearview not displaying when reversing, but display rearview on the F-cam App.
If you're using the CB047, it's possible that you forgot to connect the reverse trigger wires C with C1 or C2. Please check the backside of your unit to ensure the correct wire connections.

I am running into this problem with the exact same symptoms. I am pretty sure my unit came with the C wire already plugged into c1 and that didn't work. Got no signal in reverse. I did try swapping to c2 and that also was not fruitful.

We are wondering whether there are no any changes on screen when you put in reverse gear, however, it can display the backup camera image after you go F-Cam App manually.
