30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 1-Year Warranty and Repair Service
All products purchased from our store are covered by a 1-year warranty. If your item requires repair within the warranty period, you may return it to our China warehouse for service. Return shipping costs for warranty repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Quality-Related Returns
For quality-related issues, please contact our customer service team. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect, we will offer a free replacement or refund within 3 months of purchase, including the cost of return shipping. For quality issues reported after 3 months, we will offer a refund or replacement, but the refund amount may be subject to depreciation based on the length of time the item has been used.
